2008 Season Vendor Information


Thank-you for your interest in becoming a Vendor during the 2008 Blenheim EquiSports horse show season. For our returning Vendors, we value your participation in our 2007 horse show season and appreciate all your support. We are looking forward to an exciting 2008 year and encourage you to provide us with your suggestions and feedback to help us help you have a successful experience at our horse show venues.

Insurance Requirements

Vendor spaces will not be reserved without payment in full, a valid certificate of insurance, additional insured endorsement and release of liability.
Vendor booth size
Vendor booth rates are based on size. This includes pop-outs, stands and displays that extend beyond your tent, booth or mobile unit. Electrical amperage and RV space are separate fees and are not included in the vendor booth rate. Booth space is limited and subject to availability. Submit your application early, so we can be sure to reserve your space! Please be sure to indicate any specific electrical needs, as we will try to accommodate them. Your Vendor Application must be submitted to Blenheim EquiSports for its review, and your Vendor Application will not be effective unless accepted by Blenheim EquiSports, in its sole and absolute discretion.
Vendors must provide their own booth setups. Blenheim EquiSports will not order nor supply tents, water hoses, or extension cords. Vendor placement will be based on electrical needs, reservations and schedule. Please be sure to indicate, on your contract, your specific electrical needs, as we will try to accommodate them.  

Vendor arrivals/move-out
A chart of vendor placement will be posted prior to the start of the horse show. Vendors can set up 12:00 PM on Tuesday through 5:00 PM Tuesday prior to the show. No vendor set-ups/drop-offs will be allowed at night after 5pm or while the horse show is in progress.  All set ups must be removed on Sunday after the conclusion of the horse show. When you arrive, please check in at the horse show office and you will be directed to your assigned space.

2008 Blenheim EquiSports Season Series Discount
Vendors who sign-up for 10 shows will receive a 10% half series discount and those who sign-up for 20 shows will receive a 20% full series discount. To receive discounts, booth and electrical fees must be paid in full by March 17, 2008. The series discounts do not apply to Oaks Blenheim or Showpark County shows.
